Exchange 2013 Edge outgoing mail - Unable to get any delivery failure for incorrect email address

Hi,

Using exchange 2013 server using EDGE 2013 for outgoing email flow. We are not getting any delivery failure message notification when we sent an incorrect email address.

By default the message expiration time out is 2 days.

xyz.com is a valid email domain and they may have configured the option not to send a bounce back for a user who is not in their directory. This is to compact phishing attacks.

Try a domain which is not valid at all.
