Are you telling that default databases is not showing up on EAC after new server is installed ?
Does your second exchange has installed successfully ?
What about on the exchange management shell ?
After Migration Exchange 2010 to 2013 successfully it's working fine and didn't find any problem. But I was install another Exchange 2013 for DAG purpose. Now i can't fine my exchange database on ECP.

Did you mean to say that the below mentioned databases are not showing up on EAC .If that is the case have you tried to check those databases by accessing the EAC through individual server names.

Based on my knowledge Error for the database "Mailbox Database 0784008911" is occurring because it was not properly created or it was not deleted from active directory in a proper way.At the same time please make sure the active directory replication is working properly in your environment.

From your description, I recommend you go to Adsiedit.msc, open configuration and go to CN=Services-CN=First organization-CN=Administrative groups-CN=Exchange Administrative groups-CN=Databases to check if there is a "Mailbox Database 0784008911" in ADSIEDIT. If yes, you can delete it and create a new one to check the result.
