Exchange 2013 - New Domain

Hi,

We are migrating an Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 in parallel AD was migrated to a new domain. Exchange 2013 is the new domain you can create a GPO or Script to automate Outlook configuration on user workstations.

It depends on which version of Outlook.  You'd be looking at the Office Customization Tool, but you'd want to customize it only to the extent to make Outlook use Autodiscover.  Or you could just suggest that your users create a new profile.

Hi,

I am not quite sure of your question, please describe it in details.

Have you experienced the outlook connection issue?

I have noticed you finished the migration, please create a new mailbox in Exchange 2013 and confirm whether the new user can connect to Exchange server .

If the new user can work fine with Outlook, it indicates the autodiscover service in Exchange 2013 should be accessable.

We can recreate a new profile for those problematic users to test.

Regards,

David
