Exchange 2013 - Move mailbox - Warning Could not load the subscription for migration user

Hi

I have created a new DB and need to move all mailbox's to the new DB and delete the old one, i think i have managed to move the discovery mailbox's etc but the 6 user accounts will not move, i keep getting the following error: 

Can anyone help?

Could not load the subscription for migration user administrator@........ Encountered the following error: Couldn't find a move request that corresponds to the specified identity 'nerds.local/Users/Administrator'..

i just got one existing exchange server, they were trying to migrate windows 2008SBS, exchange 2007 to Windows 2012 with exchange 2013, they try to migrate one mailbox and getting the same error as above.

unable to get any email in that mailbox. 

kindly let us know how we can overcome this situation
