Exchange 2013
I can't get my public folders to appear in Outlook. Yes I have done everything from creating it using the GUI to power shell, as well as making sure my mailbox account is set as an owner of the folder, and still nothing. This is starting to make me homicidal (joking), but frustrating non the less. Please help. There should be a rehab facility for people damaged my the installation and configuration of Exchange!!!

I am not sure, I am just trying to sort that out. I don't see why I wouldn't see the public folders that I am able to create. I would think MS would have tested this.

Any hints or suggestions from anyone as to why I getting permission messages as to why I can't see public folders in Outlook? I can see the favourites folder, but can't create any. Said I do not have the correct permissions when I have set the user as an owner.

Hi

Do you check "apply changes to this public folder and all its subfolders" ?

Please also check if this issue also occured on other users.

Please also run the following cmdlet to check if the permission is granted successful.

Get-PublicFolderClientPermission:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124365(v=exchg.150).aspx

Please try to grant the permission via cmdlet.
