I did installed exchange 2013 successful , the client connect exchange sending and Receiving mail fine

I did config HTTP OWA redirect HTTPS OWA and clear Require SSL on SSL Setting in IIS, and the OWA redirect successful, but i got another issue all the Outlook pop-up the box request type user and password, and certificate error

When i  unclear Require SSL on SSL Setting in IIS, the outlook become fine, but the OWA can't redirect

How can i solve the problem ?

The certificate error dialog box usually resembles this. In your case, what's the URL and what are the checks that are failing (red X-es) ?

We want when client type http://mail.abc.com/owa it will be redirected to https://mail.abc.com/owa and outlook work fine, do you have any document guide to do that
