Hi 

I am running MS Ex2010 for a client

Recently we had a dismount because not enough space. 

Once i cleaned up the drive to allow more space the DB came back up no problem.

Now only 3 staff members can not get into their email unable to get mailbox from exchange server, OWA is not working either BUT they can still send and receive on their mobile phone. 

When looking at the exchange server on their profile, it errors out when you click on the calendar properties

Cannot open mailbox /o=RH /ou=Exchange Administrative Group 

(FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=configuration/cn=server/cn=ORG/cn=Microsoft System attendant. It was running the command 'Get-CalendarProcessing -Identity 'RH.local/Mybusiness/Users/SBSusers/Paul Langsam' -ReadFromDomainController'

Note: There are no more space issues

Why is this only affecting 3 staff members out of 40?

Things you can try

Try moving these 3 affected mailboxes to a different DB's

Try running a mailbox repair request and see the results

Look for any events for these users on the app log 

can you test with one of the effected user and see what is the result

Test-MAPIConnectivity "username"

After looking at the logs

The mailbox's are in quarantine.

What would be the best way to fix this issue.? 

Before the DB was unmounted we had no issues with these mailboxes though?

I am trying to move the mail boxes affected to another DB.

I was reading that this can fix the mailbox issues....... fingers crossed. 

It seems because there was no space on the C: which caused the dismount it created the mailboxes to go into quarantine. 

I had to run the mail fix command in the console, it seems to be working but the mail box has lost emails from 11am to 4pm.

I will see if this populates over night!
