Exchange 2010 mobile devices issue

I have been upgrading our 2003 server to 2010 exchange and got mail flowing in a coexistence scenario quite well.  Mail in and out the organisation is fine but when I come to try and get the mobiles devices to work I can only get so far.  I am sure this is going to be something small that I have overlooked but I have hit a wall now.

My company is configured with a company.co.uk external side an internally, we are using a companygroup.co.uk

I have amended our MX record to be mail.company.co.uk and made sure that our public IP is allowed into our firewall on port 443 as well as a few others.

Our internal DNS has the mail.company.co.uk, autodiscover.company.co.uk and legacy.company.co.uk pointing to the right server IP.  I have configured the internal and external address in EMC.

I have tested the internal address for OWA and this works fine.  I can get to the external log in for the OWA too but still I cant get the mobiles to connect.

Something tells me I have overlooked SSL or something but given I have not had any training on exchange I don't think I have done too bad so far.

Any pointers would be great!

Cheers in advance

Mick

do you get any error message when try to sync on mobile?Which certificate did you use for the new enviroment?

If created new, please check if all name spaces are provided in the new cert.

Also please check Active Sync external url on the exchange 2010 if its on/added on all servers (not mailbox offcourse)
