Im receiving an error when backing up a exchange 2010 server (2008 r2). Error id 9782 Exchange VSS Writer (instance 1abf6222-3cc9-4861-8ddb-7268b2b8bea5:2) has completed the backup of database 'Mailbox Database' with errors. The backup did not complete successfully, and no log files were truncated for this database. Events leading up to this. Failed backups due to lack of destination space. We moved 20gb of exchange logs (not current logs) to another drive to give it room. Performed a full VSS backup to truncate the remaining logs. x2 Event Viewer now states this Exchange VSS Writer (instance 1abf6222-3cc9-4861-8ddb-7268b2b8bea5:2) has completed the backup of database 'Mailbox Database' with errors. The backup did not complete successfully, and no log files were truncated for this database. Both Public and Mailbox databases present as Healthy I have looked at this article but am unsure if it refrences exchange 2010 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/240145 Any help would be appriciated J
