Exchange 2010 authentication issues
Hey come accross a strange issue and looking for any assistance.I have 1 DC/GC Win 2k3 64bit, running Exchange 2007 SP2. 1 new Vm running Win 2k8 and Exchange 2010, with all the latest secuirty fixes. (VM is on a different machine to the original server)I installed Exchange 2010, All the services are up and running, i can admin the server as if its live. I can connect from externally to the assigned webmail address and get the OWA login box. However if i try and use Outlook, or Owa or Active sync, they all tell me the password is incorrect and to renter it, The login screens just keep going round and round, It never locks the account out - I can also log into a machine on the network with the user name and password so know its not an issue with the account, I also have this issue if i create a new account with a new mailbox on the Exchange 2010 server. Ive tried most of the standard things, IPv6 is on on the 2k8 boxes and VM host machine, the SACl for managing secuity and audit logs has Exchange servers group in it, DNS is working, AD appears to be working correctly, but i just cannot get Exchange to authenticate the users. Any ideas?

What exactly happens when you try OWA? What exactly do you see and what do you do?-- Ed Crowley MVP"There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems.". Hey thanks for your response, OWA was just prompting for credentials all the time. I have managed to fix this by running the add-windowsfeature and all the security settings. Thanks for your response.
