Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2007 - Unable to share contacts
Hi All,We've recently upgraded from Windows SBS 2003 to a single Windows 2008 Server R2 64bit with Exchange 2010. Prior to the move we were able to share calendars and contacts between specific users, however, since the move we have a problem with one user (User A) unable to open a shared contacts folder for another user (User B). User A is able to open shared contacts for other users but when we try and open the Contacts folder for User B it displays a message saying "Unable to display view". We've tried using another computer and created a profile and connection for User A on the PC to check it is not a problem with the Outlook 2007 installation but the problem is repeated. We've tried deleting and re-creating the share permission which is set for Reviewer for User A on User B's contacts but still broken. The mailboxes were migrated from the SBS server to the new Exchange 2010 install by exporting the PST files and User B mailbox size was around 6Gb, however, we had another user (User C) who had an even larger mailbox of 7.5Gb who User A can access User C's shared contacts OK!Anybody got any suggestions on what we can do to fix the problem? Many Thanks in advance!Morgs

Confirm the permission once again, it is broken... generally when you move mailboxes from one server to another server it breaks the permission.Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3

Alright, Will you try creating a new user and check.Like Users A and User B and share the callendar of you User A to User B and try checking if that works then take the ExDUMP of both the users (working and non working) and compare which permission we are missing.Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3
