Exchange 2010 address rewriting (masquerade smtp domain)
Hello all, I'm trying to configure address rewrite in Exchange 2010. I have 2 servers each server has the MBX,HUB,CAS roles. I installed EDGE server (with TMG) in the DMZ and configure address rewrite as describe: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123966.aspx but the address rewrite doesn't seems to work. after the EDGE configuration didn't worked i removed the EDGE server and install the old SMTP server (IIS 6) configure the masquerade there and when i send mail from TELNET using SMTP command the address rewrite works the problem occurs when i try to use OWA or outlook to send mail - this doesn't work. so i used network monitor on the TMG - with the SMTP virtual server. I can see that the SMTP "mail from" has the right smtp domain (external domain) but it also has another packet (IMF - Internet Massage Format) with the internal SMTP domain. Can someone help?
