Hi, When setting up mailboxes we are getting this warning during the wizzard. We dont seem to have any replication problems beween domain controllers. Just to Add we are running Exchange 2010 SP2 Rollup 2 on Server 2008 R2. Domain Controllers are Server 2008 R2 and the forest function level is Server 2008 R2.

Can you open ADUC and connect specifically to this DC 'FP-DC-02.falinge.int' and see if the user exists there? Will try your steps. I am already on the most upto date version of Exchange. I dont think we have issues with OAB i will double check though. Thanks
