Exchange 2010 Voicemail Preview English (United Kingdom)
We've just implemented Exchange 2010 and would like to use voicemail preview. Our default language is set to English (United Kingdom). If I set the default language on the UM Dial Plan to English (United States) voicemail preview works. I found an article (http://help.outlook.com/en-us/140/ff604620.aspx) that states that voicemail preview only works in English (US), English, French and Italian. The problem I have is that enabling this feature changes the system voice that callers hear when leave messages or when users are navigating around their mailbox to an American one. Will Microsoft be enabling this feature for the English (United Kindgom) language pack? US and Canada are enabled so why UK isn't included is rather odd. or Is their anyway to hack this so the voicemail preview can work without affecting the system voice? Regards.

Currently en-GB is unavailable for Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2010 SP1 voice mail preview. There is no time table we are able to provide other than the official languages supported. We are continually working to expand voicemail preview to the other language packs. For more information please see: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd638119.aspx

We are now in 2011 and still no English language support. Very disappointing.

I agree, this is very poor. It seems that this could be a key driver for many businesses to adopt exchage UM, particularly given the recent emphasis on Lync. Can we have confirmation that microsoft is at least planning to make this available in the current exchange product?
