Exchange 2010 Setup
Hello, I'm in the process of setting up a new Exchange server on a new VMware 4.1 esxi server. I have allocated 250GB of storage from my iSCSI SAN and have some questions on how I should go about partitioning the Windows installation and drives. Do I still treat the disk as if I were installing on a physical server? I'm planning on hosting about 200 mailboxes at the moment. Do I need to create 3 partitions....one for OS, one for Database, and one for Log Files? If so, how big should each partition be sized? Or, since all this is stored in a VM on or SAN, is this needed?
