Exchange 2010 Service Pack 3 modify group policy

After installation of Exchange 2010 service pack 3, my Windows Phone 8.1 require password on screen saver and i can't disable  password request because the group policy. I researched in domain group policy but the policy of passwords on screen savers is not configured in all branches.

Mobile devices, which aren't domain members, shouldn't be affected by group policy.  Double-check your mobile device policy.

Thank you for your question.

I agree with Ed, it could not be disabled by group policy owning to not domain member. we could refer to the link which Ed supply.

In addition, if it didnt work, we could restart IIS.

After you have configured your mobile device to receive its business e-mail via ActiveSync from your SBS 2011 Exchange 2010 server, it is asking for a 4 digit pin code.
