Exchange 2010 SP3 UM languages

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with Exchange 2010 SP3 and Lync 2013...

Setup: Exchange 2010 SP3 and Lync 2013 Environment, Exchange UM Servers have the German Language packs installed, in addition to the default EN-US.

User A: Mailbox on 2010, UM Enabled, User Regional Settings: Germany
User B: Mailbox on 2010, UM Enabled, User Regional Settings: Germany

If User A calls User B and is forwarded to Voicemail, all the prompts are played in English... If User A or User B access their voicemail, OVA prompts are in German...

If an unknown User calls User A (or B) and is forwarded to voicemail, the prompts are played in English again.

English is the default language for the UM Dial Plan, but as far as I know, the UM prompts like "Please leave a message for User A" are supposed to be played in the target mailboxes language for unknown callers, am I wrong?

For "known" callers, users with mailboxes in the same Exchange Org as the target mailbox, prompts are supposed to be played in the callers language, right? That's not working either. So regardless who initiates the call, prompts are always played in the dial plans default language....

thanks for any hints or ideas!

tom
