I'm seeing this error and I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to fix. Can anyone assist?

Hi Kanien,
When did the error event appear first time? After you installed SP2 RU2?
Is there any other error event in the Event Viewer?
Since the RU3 have been released, it is a best practice to install it on all Exchange server roles first.

Frank,
Thank you for responding. I installed RU2 last week and I am uncertain if the event was before the RU. Using Windows Update I was unable to get RU3 as it was not an option for install. I went and manually downloaded RU3 and the install
failed, but I could not figure out why. This is why I'm on Exchange 2010 SP2 RU2.
I do not see any other relevant error in the logs, but I will continue looking. How can I tell why RU3 failed installation? It visibly said, "rolling back changes, failed to install" or something similar, but nothing was in the Application Logs.

Hi Kanien,
Please install RU3 via Command-Line Options with Verbose MSI Logging enabled, e.g.
Exchange2010-KB2685289-x64-en.msp /lxv* c:\SP2RU3.log

By the way, please install SP and Rollup for Exchange Server manually rather than by Microsoft update.

We have a client that is experiencing a similar issue. Our client has been having trouble with the hub-transport
crashing due to TLS errors, this is the error in the application log.

The Watson error is different with OP's, "AutoDisc, M.Exchange.Autodiscover".
I would suggest you open a new case about your question.

One partner found the issue was related the bad Outlook cached connection.
