Exchange 2010 SP1 signature space to small
Hello, We have Exchange 2010 SP1. When logging into OWA, I change my signature. When I have a large signature (text) I get an error to space is too less. How do I extend the signature size for all users so that they can add signature in OWA/ECP ? Peter

THis is about Exchange 2007/2003. Perhaps I'm overlooking it; but don't see answer how to extend the signature size in Exchange 2010. Peter

This is about Exchange 2007 and using disclaimer on HUB transport server. Perhaps I'm overlooking it; but don't see answer how to extend the signature size in Exchange 2010. Or that it is inpossible. Peter.

Not possible, default is 8 KB and no way to extend it in 2010. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchange2010/thread/e25a4f3d-4062-4191-acfb-2533ea381854

Hi Peter, Per my knowledge, the default signature length are: Default signature length in OWA for Exchange 2003 is 4KB but can be extended up to 16KB via reg key, Default signature length in OWA for Exchange 2007 is 16KB hard coded, Default signature length in OWA for Exchange 2010 is 8KB hard coded. In Exchange 2010, the maximum Html + text signature size is 8kb, and as far as I know this cannot be altered in Exchange 2010. You can follow LMurthy’s suggestion to configure a Disclaimer for the user on Exchange Server, this is longer in length.
