Please make sure the Exchange Services are running up & fine Verify if the Windows Remote management service is running Run the commnad winrm enumerate winrm/config/listener at a command prompt. Listeners are defined by a transport (HTTP or HTTPS) and an IPv4 or IPv6 address. Ran the command to if the winrm is not configured 'winrm quickconfig' Are we able to connect using Exchange Management Shell Please find the below articles & see if that helps Troubleshooting Exchange 2010 Management Tools startup issues http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2010/02/04/453946.aspx Thanks

Hi yoyoyoma, Per your error, the object "'s-1-5-21-4178914587-739813502-33617" should be an SID of an account list fo your domain, it seems some issue with the account, because it should showed as 'domain.com\alias', but not the sid as normal. That is why it is not found on DC. I want to verify that do you open the EMC on the server or a remote client, which account do you use, could you please use other account which has the permission and test it again. Some information for you: http://blogs.technet.com/b/stuartp/archive/2010/03/31/exchange-2010-and-netbios-domains-with-dotted-notations.aspx Regards! Gavin
