Hello, I've been trying to find out how to create a policy which would allow me to remove all email from the Online Archive after 2years\730 days and have it run nightly like all my other policies. Is thisi possible to do? The policy and retention in the live mailboxes seems pretty straight forward, but I'd like to have this set on our OnLine Archive mail boxes also. We want a 365 day of e-mail in our Live Mailbox and 730 day in OnLine Archive(Total of only having 3 years of email in our environment at any given time. I have the live Mailbox policy running and working perfectly, but I'm stumped on the Online Archive. Any help would be highly appreciated. Some how I dont that is possible to do with an archive, i.e apply a tag to do delete. Only for the primary mbx.Sukh
