I cannot access our Public Folders - when I open it via the ps or EMC, I get a ton of errors when expanding the System Public Folders or even the Default folders. The app log reveals this: (PID 3720, Thread 24) Task Get-PublicFolder throwing unhandled exception when processing record of index 0. Please check if there’s any related error event in the application log on the exchange 2010 server Please verify the mail flow between the exchange 2003 and exchange 2010 Please run ExBPA against the exchange 2003 and exchange 2010 server for health/permission check. Ended up calling PSS - somehow the PF installation was corrupt - we had to manually delete the PF from the E2K10 environment (w/ adsiedit) and then recreate PF.Karl

Can you share what MS did to help you on the PSS call? I have the same issue.
