Could you please provide more information? 1.which mode did the user logg on to OWA, OWA premium or OWA light ? 2. Did you find the option on tool bar or the junk-email folder on OWA? 3. Logging on OWA with the user's account on another normally computer , what about the result? 4. Logging on OWA with another normally account on the user's computer ,what about the rusult? I think it isn't a segmentation problem. Because Segmentation configuration is a server level setting, but now only one account cann't find the option.

It is abnormal. So It's still only one user's issue. I woulde like to guess it is only one machine's issue. How about the use logging on another normal computer? I know conversation view is a new feature of outlook 2010, So I suggest you comparing the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\14.0\Outlook Trying to exporting the registry from a normal computer then inporting the user's computer. OR reinstalling Outlook 2010.

1. In OWA Page, go to Option Page - See all My Option 2. Click "Block or Allow" on Left Pane. 3. Choose Automatically filter junk Email and save 4. Then Log off, re-Logon.. 5. You can see the Junc Option..
