Check that Junk e-mail filtering feature is enabled from the OWA Segmentation http://www.ntweekly.com/?p=593 f you have more than one CAS Server check this on all of them MCP, MCSE 2000 , MCSA 2000 ,MCSA 2003 , MCITP , MCTS , MCT

I think it isn't a segmentation problem. Because Segmentation configuration is a server level setting, but now only one account cann't find the option.

1. OWA Premium. It works in Outlook. I have slight hint to the problem. It seems when I changed to "Conversation" view mode, when I right-click, there isn't any junk options. Only in normal view, when I right-click, there is the junk-option. Is this normal? If so, how can I enable junk option for right click for "conversation" mode too?Jackson Yap APC Hosting http://www.apc.sg/

It is abnormal. So It's still only one user's issue. I woulde like to guess it is only one machine's issue. How about the use logging on another normal computer? I know conversation view is a new feature of outlook 2010, So I suggest you comparing the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\14.0\Outlook Trying to exporting the registry from a normal computer then inporting the user's computer. OR reinstalling Outlook 2010.

Clarified with Microsoft. When you off your preview panel, the right-click junk option will disappear. So you will need to enable the preview panel.Jackson Yap APC Hosting http://www.apc.sg/
