I Installed and update exchang 2010 this week and migrated a mailbox from our production server to test with. I am able to connect with outlook and send and receive e-mail. When I try to connect to OWA I get a blank screen.

When I try to connect to OWA I get a blank screen. 1. Create a test user on Ex 2010 and see if owa works for it. 2. Do u see any error in event viewer when you try to login to OWA 2010. I created a test user and looked in the event viewer and I don't see any errors or warnings. Ok, On your exchange 2010 server goto start->Run and type services.msc and press enter. Now check whether IIS ADmin service is running or not, if not then start it. Also Check services with starting name "Microsoft Exchange" and turn them ON if they are not. IIS is running and all of the Exchange services that are suppose to be running are. This can happen if you forget to install IIS prerequisite. Follow the instructions (commands) provided by Amit Tank in this forum post: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchange2010/thread/0aefcc92-dc32-40cf-bf24-341d41974d0e Hopefully it will solve your problem. I had 2 prerequisits missing. Just to state and make myself feel better their were 0 warnings or Errors when installing Exchange 2010. Thank you for your help
