We recently performed mailbox migrations for all users in our exchange 2010 SP2 environment to separate databases to improve performance etc. Out of the 200+ mailboxes that were moved, only 1 has failed. We have attempted to migrate the mailbox to several different databases using different CAS servers with different flags (suspend before complete, skip corrupted messages, move with corrupt message) etc, but regardless this sole mailbox hangs at 95% with "Transient error MapiExceptionNotEnoughMemory has occurred." No corrupt messages were detected. I've looked around the web for similar situations and haven't been able to find anything that appears to be similar to our situation. Please review the below mailbox move logs which have been sanitized. Likley the mailbox is corrupted, I doubt its actually memory exchaustion thats prob just a red herring. I would open the mailbox using mfcmapi and see if you notice anything weird about the mailbox ie weird folders, duplicates etc. I would just export the mailbox to pst using shell (this may fail as well if there is mailbox corruption) than just import to new mailbox then move it again. The mailbox is probably hosed I would either export to pst using powershell and just create a new mailbox on 2010 since it's only 1 mailbox.
