Hi, First please have a look at the article below: Troubleshooting Exchange 2010 Management Tools startup issues http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2010/02/04/453946.aspx Please try to start Exchange Management Shell to test the issue. Besides, I'd like to know how many Exchange in the network. Regards, Xiu

THis is the only exchange server in the environment. A test server was added at one point but removed without uninstall. The default website in IIS will not start. WHen attempting to start it i get: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020)

Hi, I recommend you to add the test server again and then uninstall. Information about the test server could be saved in AD, so we need to remove those information via Uninstall. For Default website, I'd like to know if you host any other website on this IIS server. Please try to use netstat -ano to check if you have 80 port actived. There please check the value on PID, we need to find which process is using the 80 port. After that, please start Task Manager, navigate to "Services" tab, please find the same value as we found before and check the name of the services. Regards, Xiu
