Exchange 2010 EMC - Servers Summary is incorrect
Hello everyone, I moved from a 2007 all-in-one node environment to a 2010 all-in-one node environment and had the mailbox role fail to uninstall while removing Exchange 2007 from the organization. CAS and HT removed okay. That made the mailbox role stuck...and appeared orphaned...though the old 2007 node didn't appear in the EMC anywhere or in ADSI Edit. BUT...it's still some where because when I start EMC it shows: Total Servers: 2 Total Exchange 2010 servers: 1 Total Exhcange 2007 servers: 1 Total Mailbox servers: 2 Total Client Access servers: 2 Total Hub Transport servers: 2 The rest are 0 because we don't have those roles. Next to those numbers is "Manage Servers" but when I click on that...only the new 2010 server is displayed....so half of Exchange knows there is only 1 server...but the other half still thinks there are 2 nodes. How do I or where do I find this entry and clean it up? Thanks!!!
