Exchange 2010 Core Functionality
Hi The Best Practice Analyser (BPA) will check this for you and produce a report. I haven't seen a checklist in general but many of the 2010 help documents have test commands in them. Cheers, Steve

I haven't seen anyone either, no one from MS besides ExBPA and deployment assistant You may rather create one by yourself together with the customer and test the things they want to try and requires Functional tests should always be done before putting it into Prod Jonas Andersson | Microsoft Community Contributor Award 2011 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog | Follow me on twitter: jonand82

Thank you for the replies, I wanted to make sure that I was not in the wrong telling the client that there was not an offical checklist, I have created my own with the client.

Does Microsoft have a function by function checklist, not the deployment assistant, for checking that the core functionality of Exchange 2010 is working. What I am looking for is a Test Matrix that once the Exchange Environment is up, that you can check off each function is working. Thanks

Thanks Steve, I am aware of the BPA, I am asking for my client, as they would like a checklist to check the validation of the install. I have informed them of not an official checklist, but they felt it was hard to believe that Microsoft did not have one. I have never seen one, and wanted to know if anyone else have, or had seen one.
