Hi, I've been testing the new Exchange 2010 Control Panel with the intention of having our help desk team perform the creation of new mail recipients. I have created a new test user which was given the Recipient Management role in Exchange and Create Objects rights under the Users OU in Active Directory, but I'm just not able to create new mailboxes, as the button never appears in the interface. I thought it might have been a delegation problem so I gave my test user Domain Admin rights as well as the Organization Management role, but no dice. Have I forgotten something? I'm running Exchange 2010 SP1 on Windows 2008 R2. Thanks!
