Hi mjg2004_3478, Please check whether the RU2 is installed correctly. You can check it in the Contro Panel->Programs and Features->View installed updates. Please restart the Exchange server then run the Exbpa in the Toolbox. Seems like the issue should be fixed in the SP1 RU1. doc_too_huge error while indexing http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchange2010/thread/53805beb-6bc9-405e-a4dc-eac475044507/ Frank Wang TechNet Subscriber Support in forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. It has been three days since I last saw this error, and it was only occuring on a single mailbox database that I had just migrated to the Exchange 2010 server. RU2 is installed correctly and I have not restarted the server. I have been trying to find out if there is a way to search for individual messages based off of the message id, folder, or document id that are included in the windows event error message so that I can possibly see if there is a corrupt message or attachment that can be deleted from a users mailbox if possible.

Hi mjg2004_3478, You can try to use Search-Mailbox or Multi-Mailbox Search. I only just experienced this error message after updating my server to Update Roll Up v 3.3. I am also getting Event 10033: A folder is being scooped by a search which no longer exist. Treadstone
