I am not sure if this is related. I am getting reports from Outlook 2003 users (Windows 7) that when they do searches in outlook it does not return anything dated post Exchange 2010 installation. Literally the date their mailboxes were moved 11/18 - when they do a search result they do not go anything more recent than that. This is happening now to many Outlook 2003 users. All in cached mode - Please advise. Thanks - SJMP

Post install & Move. Server is running. Checked search service counter and is set to 0. So all mailboxes are indexed. I stoped search service, deleted catalog to force rebuild. Same problem. If I put the users back to online mode the problem goes away.

Hi, Does the issue persist after creating a new profile? If it does not happen, the problem should be caused by the corrupted ost file. Please make sure that all outlook 2003 clients have sp3 installed on. Yes it does. All 2k3 have sp3. I created new profiles for the users hoping it was a corrupt .ost - issue persisted
