Exchange 2010 - New-MoveRequest - Active directory response: 00000057: LdapErr: DSID-0C090B8A, comment: Error in attribute conversion operation, data 0, v1db1 --> The requested attribute does not exist.

Im migrating a mailbox from Exchange 2010, domain1.lan to Exchange 2007, domain2.lan. Migration failing due to error below.

Fatal error UpdateMovedMailboxPermanentException has occurred.
Error details: An error occurred while updating a user object after the move operation. --> Active Directory operation failed on gpbrdc01.ddc.local. This error is not retriable. Additional information: The parameter is incorrect.

Hello,

Please check if the issue occurs when you run other cmdlet. If so, I suggest you run EXBPA against your exchange server health check.

I suggest you use dcdiag to check your DC.

If not, I suggest you check if you use correct parameter as the following article.

Other cmdlets work fine, dcdiag comes back as passed on all tests that are relevant.

Parameters for the command are correct, have double checked them.

Any other ideas?
