You either need to get a backup to complete successfully, which I can't help you with since I don't have any visibility into your backup tool, or enable circular logging.  You can weigh the risks of running with circular logging versus having stores dismount when they run out of space.

Hi Crowley,

Thank you your quick reply! I using Windows Server 2008 backup Exchange Server 2010, the database have not "enable circular logging". My problem is the transaction log cannot be clean.

Enabling circular logging will truncate the log files.  You might need to dismount and mount the stores for it to take effect.

Hi Gordon Bower,

Did you restart the Exchange Information Store Service ?. Check your Volume Shadow Copy Service is running or not ?.
