Hi, Got an issue with the administrator account not able to launch the Exchange 2010 GUI. Keep getting the following error "error when attempting to connect to http://server.inside.local/powershell using kerbros authentication failed. remote server failed with the following error: Logon failure:unknown username or badpassword" There have been no changes to the admin account and I can confirm it is a member of the "Organisation management" group. The user was able to launch the GUI but last weeke this stopped. Another account placed in the "Organisation management" group is able to launch the GUI. Thanks, Fizzmo

HI, Please readd admin account in member of the Exchange 2010 Organization and check it. If it won't work then go into the security of the Administrator in Active Directory and checked it to inherit permissions and then test it. Hi all, thanks for the replies. The Administrator account does not have the "inherit" permissions option ticked. I only have one Exchange 2010 server so can not test from another server. I have created a specific account for Exchange 2010 addministration and added this into the "org managment" and this works fine. Will try deleing the file stated [any adverse affects possible?] and advise fizzmo
