I have created a Voice Mail Tree for a user, but now when you call the #, the user;s recorded messgae does not play. Does the computer generated voice (for the VM Tree) overide recorded messages? I have varified that the recorded messgae is save in the call attendant.

Hi, Could you describe more details about how you created the tree, and this greeting symptom?
