Exchange 2010/2013 Coexistence. Unable to open 2013 shared mailboxes from 2010 users

Hi,

I have Exchange 2010/2013 coexistence.  DNS is now pointed to 2013.  Users with mailbox on 2010 are unable to open shared 2013 mailboxes from within Outlook (2010,2013).  I get 'The set of folders cannot be opened. Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Either there are problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance'

Any ideas how to start troubleshooting this?   - Thanks

I'm not sure that what you want is possible.  I recommend moving those users to Exchange 2013.

But, if you have large user group and you can't move all in 1 go .. There should be some solution

In my case Its Exchange 2010 Sp3 CU5 and Exchange 2013 CU6.
