Hello, I have been looking a bit on google to find a way with Exchange 2007 to standardize the signature everyone is using in the company and can't seem to find a good solution. We want basically the signature to have a logo, company name, name, title, address disclaimer website address fax basically to use the same template for every users. Clients are mostly using Outlook 2010. Any advice if someone already done this what they used exactly. Thanks, Martin

Not really sure what you have been looking for, because this is a very common request. Disable signatures in group policy and apply it server side. Many products to do this - Google for signature managers and you will find things like Exclaimer etc which build off your AD. You can also do it with Transport Rules, although a little more fiddly. Personally I would discourage the logo being in the signature as that can quickly add bloat to the mailbox database of any senders. Despite what marketing departments might think, the signature should be as small as possible. Most people ignore them anyway and the quicker someone gets Disclaimers tested in court the better so they can be thrown out, the better. I was once told that Disclaimers at the bottom of emails are on dodgy legal ground because you will have already read the message. They really need to be at the top! Hello I guess the best way to achieve your goal is to use a 3rd party software. It goes much easier than with Hub Transport rules and you gain some useful features, like a HTML editor for designing signature templates or advanced processing options (signature at the bottom of the message, under the latest reply, etc...)
