Exchange 2013 is fronting Outlook Anywhere and Autodiscovery. When I preform a move request from 2007 to 2013, users are prompted to restart the outlook client because a system administrator has made a change. It appears they need to restart outlook a few times as this message appears after the restart within a few seconds again. Does anyone know why they have to exit Outlook twice? Do I need to change anything to make this only occur once?

Hi,
Outlook requests a restart if any of them change:
1. MappingSignature
2. ServerName
3. RootFID
More details to see: http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2011/01/24/3411868.aspx
Based on my knowledge, restarting Outlook once can update the changes gernerally.
Does this issue occurs on all Outlook clients? Please try to re-create profile or run Outlook under safe mode for testing.
Thanks
