Exchange 2007 routing
I have just installed exchange 2007. Roles CAS, Hub, Edge, mailbox. I can send and recieve mail internally but when I send mail to my gmail account and I reply to it it's returned. My A record and MX is at Godaddy. here is the gmail NDR: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: Stephen.R@stephenstarring.comTechnical details of permanent failure:Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. Dear customer: First make sure you can resolve your MX record via Internet. For more information about how to use Nslookup to resolve MX record, please refer to the following article: How to Use Nslookup to Verify MX record configuration http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998082(EXCHG.65).aspx Did you subscribe your Edge transport server into your AD, if so, to success receive e-mail from Internet; you can refer to the following articles: How to Configure Internet Mail Flow Through a Subscribed Edge Transport Server http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb738158(EXCHG.80).aspx If you dont subscribe your Edge transport server into your AD, refer to the following article: How to Configure Mail Flow Between an Edge Transport Server and Hub Transport Servers Without Using EdgeSync http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232082(EXCHG.80).aspx When you complete above steps, you can use telnet utility to send an e-mail to your internal user from Internet.
