Exchange 2007 room mailbox delegates not recieving forwarded email
I have set up a room mailbox for use with scheduling a conference room. I have added a delegate, that delegate has full access rights to the mailbox, and the "forward to delegates" box is checked in the resource settings tab in OWA. The delegate never recieves a forwarded email when the room mailbox gets a meeting request. The settings for who can schedule meetings are also correct via the setup instructions in my Exchange 2007 book. I know this was an issue that service pack 1 addressed, and I am current with updates. Forwarding the email traditionally from the Exchange mailbox is not an option as the user will have to log into OWA to accept/decline the meeting, as opposed to the forwarded email having that option right on it.

Hi Change the AutomateProcessing: Auto accept to AutoUpdate. you can do this by set-mailboxcalendarsetting -identity "Resource Mailbox Name" -automateprocessing:AutoUpdate AutoAccept will process the meeting request and move the message to deleted Items, is autoupdate is enabled, defnitely the forward will happen
