Exchange 2007 resources usages
Hi, I am using exchange 2007 and i have created room based mailbox. I have configured all the resources for Auto-Acceptance and admin users assigned to them. Now my question is if I have already scheduled a meeting using any one resource, then why others users who do not have admin rights can schedule a new meeting at the same time. Resource already in use message or any relevant message should come. Thanks. Gurdeep Singh

Please run cmdlet below verify the value of “AllowConflicts” parameter of the room mailbox:
Get-MailboxCalendarSettings "ResourceMailboxName" | FL
