Hi, I'm new at exchange 2007 and havehad a few problems.I've resovled most with a bit of research but no luck with theproblem below. I'm have a problem with the server asking for a message to be redelivered if there is a problem every 5 min. This seems toonly be happening with message that are largerthan1 meg. Is there a way tosetup exchange to only request resend after a time period ie 1 hr.

Hi Sean, The transient failure retry interval can be locate at: Exchange Management Console---Sever Configuration---Hub Transport----<your server name>properties---Limits tab-- transient failure retry interval. The default value is 300 seconds, you can type the value you want. The transient failure can be caused by many factors, you can refer to the link below and see the 4.X.X numeric codes.
