Hi good afternoon, my problem is: I have an Exchange Server 2007 SP1. Everything is working well, except for an Active Directory account to send mails and never get out. Check the "Message Tracking" and the "eventid" says "fail" and the "connector ID" figure in white. the account has no special policies, the box is not full or anything like that. Any idea that can fail, or can begin to solve the problem? Where (any logs, event ...) or can I get more information about the problem? Thank you very much everybodyMCP

Hi Arun, thanks for your reply. I tell you that I was investigating and find out that this problem occurs with the Exchange Rollup 7. The user account to which mention is hidden from the address list, and install the Rollup 7 causing the fault you discussed above, does not allow the account to send mail out. I am waiting for a hotfix from Microsoft. They also say that the rollup8 will solve the problem. I let you remove the page from which the information and keep abreast. thanks again.
