Hi Mohamed, 1. If you use Basic/SSL authentication, whether is Outlook able to logon Exchange? 2. If you configure Outlook in the internal network in order to bypass ISA Server, whether the Outlook is able to connect to Exchange Server through RPC over HTTP. Note: You can configure Outlook by selecting On fast networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP to force Outlook firstly attempt to connect to Exchange Server by using Outlook Anywhere. Then, add the following registry key on the test client to disable RPC TCP Fallback: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0(based on your outlook version)\RPC DWORD=DisableRpcTcpFallback Value=1 3. Please also let me know whether the ISA server is in the workgroup model. I would like to explain when the ISA server is in the workgroup model, if the client request is basic and than we can have the following delegation at the ISA server level: No delegation, but client may authenticate directly No delegation, and client cannot authenticate directly Basic NTLM Negotiate Kerberos constrained delegation If the client request is integrated, we require ISA to be part of the Active Directory (Windows), and then we can have the following delegation at the ISA server level: No delegation, but client may authenticate directly No delegation, and client cannot authenticate directly Kerberos constrained delegation For detailed information, please refer to following article: Authentication in ISA Server 2006 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb794722.aspx Mike
