Hi Brian, 1. Would you please let me know whether any NDR messages are received when attempting to send message to your domain? 2. If yes, please let me know the most frequent NDR error received. 3. From your description, I notice that you have attempted to telnet to your Exchange Server but get port is unavailable error. At this time, I suggest you logon the Exchange Server and telnet to itself to check whether the issue still persists. Mike

Yes as suggest Mike,Do telnet to your exchange server Either use start->run->cmdtelnet localhost 25 ehlomail from: anyvalidlocalemailid@yourdomain.comrcpt to: anyvalidid@validdomain.comdatathis is test email.quitor try with telnet <FQDN of exchange server> 25ehlomail from: anyvalidlocalemailid@yourdomain.comrcpt to: anyvalidid@validdomain.comdatathis is test email.quitand update us with the data requested by Mike Shen for further suggestionsArun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3
