Exchange 2007 new-Mailbox cmdlet - different domains
Hi all, my 'little' problem: We have a W2k8R2 forest. One domain contains the users second domain contains the Exchange servers. When I want to use the 'new-Mailbox' cmdlet and enter the '-Domaincontroller' parameter pointing to a DC of the User domain I get an error like 'can not find database'. When I change the '-Domaincontroller' parameter pointing to a DC of the Exchange server domain I get an error which says the user OU (path) was not found. How can I use the cmdlet in this environment? Stephan

Hi, In EMS first run this line $AdminSessionADSettings.ViewEntireForest = $true and then try to run commands. Also when u mention users of other Domain in command then mention it with Domain\SamAccountNAme, hoepfully it will work.
