Exchange 2007 migrated from Exchange 2003 user still gets rejects sent to all meeting requests from a former deligate that is no longer with the companyThe former delagets account was deleted and even recreated as a test, all appointments sent to this user get sent back a rejection (no user in active directory) I would delete the delage from the users Outlook but everytime I try to bring up that tab it is fully greyed out and says it is not accessable or could not be found.... Hello,Please use the following steps to remove Delegate using MFCMAPI and resolve the Orphan Delegate Issue. 1 Close Outlook2 Create a Outlook profile in online mode.3 Run MFCMAPI4 Go to Session->Logon and Display Store Table5 Select your profile6 Select Mailbox7 Expand "Root Container"8 Expand "Top of Information Store"9 Select "Inbox"10 Right click on Inbox and select "Display Rules Table"11 Under "PR_Rule_Provider"column delete the entry with display name "Schedule+EMS Interface" 12 Close MFCMAPI.13 Open Outlook14 Reconfigure the new Delegate Download mfcmapi_bin.exe file <http://support.microsoft.com/?ID=291794>Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3
