Hi, In order to resolve the issue more efficiently, can you help me clarify the following questions? --Have you tried to send email to this user via another ISPs mailbox? Just like hotmail? --Whats 10.210.120.17? Is that your server? Troubleshooting: Please use telnet to test whether it works. XFOR: Telnet to Port 25 to Test SMTP Communication http://support.microsoft.com/?id=153119 Please check if you have set accept domain correctly. Please check if there is any restriction on the server. How about other users in the server? Can they receive mail sent by Gmail? If its the only affected user, you can check the restriction at: recipient configurationmailboxuser names propertiesmail flowmail delivery restriction. Hope this helps. Thanks, Elvis
