Exchange 2007 mailbox has stopped being indexed
I have a 2007 mailbox that doesn't return search results for messages dated after Oct 10, leading me to believe that the mailbox is no longer being indexed by Exchange. Can I force a re-indexing of the mailbox? Is the mailbox corrupt? Can I get indexing statistics or indexing status on the mailbox? This is Exchange 2007 SP3 on 2008 R2. rudif

if all the other mailboxes in the same databases works. - Search indexing is good on the server and database - if thats the case you can move the mailbox to a different database to refresh thingsSatheshwaran Manoharan | Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 | Blog:http://www.careexchange.in | Please mark it as an answer if it really helps you ------------- I do not represent the organisation I work for, all the opinions expressed here are my own. Search Catalog may have been corrupted. You may want to Try Test-ExchangeSearch with the syntax on the below links: Test-ExchangeSearch Test-ExchangeSearch2 If this is specific to a User then make sure to have the Windows Desktop search Service Started on the client Machine. Also REfer to the blog: Search Index fails for all users in a particular database in Exchange 2007 If this is specific to users in a particular Database then you would need to reset the Search Catalog following the process on the blog i have mentioned above!
